Audience feedback

I have designed a questionnaire which has allowed me to see what responses the audience has had when watching my film. Below are two examples:

Questionnaire

I have designed a questionnaire as part of my audience feedback. The questions I have asked will hopefully allow me to see whether I have achieved the aims of my creative project and also what the audience believes can be improved in my film. I will then upload my questionnaires to my blog.

End of editing

I have now finished editing my film, and I will be designing an audience feedback questionnaire to gain an overall opinion of my film, and how it has reached the aims of my creative project. I will then begin writing my evaluation, which I will post onto my blog.

Editing

I have been working on adding more sound to my film and editing down my video. I worked on adding an overlay to one section of my footage through using the green screen but this didn't work effectively enough. However, I now know that for that section of my film I will have to use non-diegetic sound to create the effect of suspense. I have got together the sound clips that I need for my film and I will be working on uploading them to my film. I will then be changing the colour of my film, which will be the final part of my editing process and then my editing will be done.

Editing

I have been editing my film further, adding sound as well as cutting the time of my film down. My film is now at around 5 minutes 13 but I still need to try and cut this down to the allocated 5 minutes. I will be working on adding the titles to my film, though this will impact on the timing of it

Sound

As I am now up to the stage of adding sound to my film, I have researched the type of sound used in psychological horror films, the genre I am focusing my film on. Rather then relying on music and non-diegetic sound I am going to focus more on sound effects. As the horror is subtle, I think the sound should be also. For example, to build up the tension the sound effects will vary in pitch and volume to mirror the emotions of the characters.
